1. Who can participate
The holder of active Duga access can participate. The invitation is issued in the app on the bonuses screen and comes in two equivalent forms: an invitation link and a code phrase. The link contains the same phrase written in Latin letters, so the two forms are interchangeable.
2. How an invitation is counted
The invitee enters the code phrase in the app, either manually or by following the invitation link. The invitation is counted if the phrase is applied before the first confirmed payment for access.
The invitation is not counted if:
- the phrase is applied after the first confirmed payment;
- the user tries to apply their own phrase;
- another invitation has already been applied on this account;
- the invitation has been revoked or blocked.
An invitation is applied once and cannot be used again by the same account.
3. What the invitee receives
The invitee receives 7 days of bonus access. The days are added to the subscription once, upon the first confirmed payment.
4. What the inviter receives
The inviter receives 30% of each confirmed balance top-up by the invitee that is immediately followed by payment for a subscription period. The reward is credited to the bonus balance immediately after the top-up is confirmed.
If the invitee's payment is refunded, the related reward may be cancelled.
5. How bonuses are used
Bonuses do not pay for the subscription: it is paid only with funds deposited to the balance — see the subscription rules. Accumulated bonuses can be withdrawn.
Bonus withdrawal is not yet available in the app. When it becomes available, the minimum amount, the fee, the available transfer network and the payout procedure will be shown in the app when you request a withdrawal. A transfer that has been sent cannot be cancelled.
6. Restrictions
Credited rewards may be cancelled and participation in the program terminated if invitations are used in violation of these rules: mass registration of accounts by one person, inviting oneself, use of someone else's means of payment, artificial inflation or other actions aimed at obtaining rewards without real users.
Duga may change the terms of the program. A change does not affect bonuses already credited.
7. Data and deletion
An invitation links two accounts, and this link is kept for as long as the accounts themselves are kept. Data processing is described in the privacy policy, and account deletion on the Account Deletion page. When data is deleted, unpaid bonuses are forfeited.
