1. What a subscription is
A subscription is access to the service for 30 days. The price of a period is 10 ₽. Access works in the Duga app on the devices of one account; the limit is described in the “Devices” section.
2. Free trial
New access starts with a free trial lasting 3 days. The free trial is granted once and is not cumulative across repeated registrations.
3. Balance and payment
The subscription is paid from the account balance rather than by a separate card charge for each period. You top up the balance, and the service deducts the price of a period from it.
Only funds that you have deposited to the balance yourself pay for the subscription. Bonuses from the invitation program cannot be used to pay for a subscription; they can only be withdrawn — see the bonus program rules.
Once a top-up is confirmed and the balance covers a period, the service immediately deducts its price and extends access by 30 days: from the end of the current paid period or free trial if it is still running, otherwise from the moment of payment. The remainder stays on the balance until the next renewal.
4. Renewal
24 hours before the end of the paid period or free trial, the service deducts the price of the next period from the balance and extends access for another 30 days. No separate confirmation is required for each deduction: the funds are already on the account balance.
If the balance is insufficient, the subscription is not renewed, and when the period ends, access is suspended until the balance is topped up. The account data, devices and bonus balance are retained.
5. How to end the subscription
To end the subscription, simply do not top up the balance: when the paid period ends, access will just not be renewed. No separate cancellation procedure is required; the service does not make automatic charges to a bank card.
You can delete your account in the app or by writing to support — see the Account Deletion page. What data remains after deletion and how long payment records are kept is described in the privacy policy.
6. Devices
Access is used on several devices of one account within the base limit of 3 devices. The device from which access was arranged is considered the main one: the owner's actions are performed from it — managing the subscription, devices and bonuses.
7. Changes to the price and terms
The current monthly price and device limit are shown on the website and in the app, as well as in the version of this document in effect at the time of your inquiry. A change in the terms does not affect a period that has already been paid for.
8. Refunds
The refund conditions and procedure are described on the Refunds page.
9. Support
If access was not activated after payment or the subscription does not behave as described here, write to support@duga.world.
